Young scientists under the age of 45 with outstanding and original research achievements.
YKAST members are selected based on their research accomplishments as independent researchers in Korea after obtaining a Ph.D. The selection process focuses on contributions to the advancement of science and technology in Korea and aims to identify next-generation science and technology leaders with high growth potential.
